Pathways to Open Knowledge presentation on Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs)

On Monday 5 November, 2018, The University of the West Indies (The UWI) Open Campus and The Inter-American
Development Bank (IDB) invite you to a discussion on scaling quality educational experiences for the Caribbean.
Themed, Pathways to Open Knowledge, the discussion will include a presentation on Massive Open Online
Courses (MOOCs) by Edgar Gonzalez, IDBx Learning and Knowledge Management Lead Specialist, IDB
Washington, DC beginning at 2:00 p.m. JA time/3:00 p.m. EC time. It will also feature a special donation of UWI
Press publications covering valuable content on socio-economic development and history to assist IDB in its
research library of resources on the English-speaking Caribbean.
